Senior Minister - Alistair Seabrook
Alistair has been the Senior Minister since 2012. He trained for ministry at Oak Hill College in London and has worked in several churches in the UK and Sydney. His role is to oversee the vision and mission of the church and co-ordinate the Bible teaching. He is married to Sarah and they have three children. Alistair enjoys days off in the Blue Mountains, watching British detective shows, long distance running and learning to play the piano.
Assistant Minister (Youth & Home Groups) - Callan Pritchard
Callan loves teaching anyone and everyone about Jesus. His role involves coordinating the home-group ministry, overseeing the discipleship of our youth and training church members. He is married to the lovely Kat who is taking a break from teaching to be a full-time mum to James. The three of them love exploring together, have polarising views on coffee and take any opportunity to get some sun and surf.
Student Minister - Micah Beel
Micah is a student completing his 2nd year at Moore College studying theology. He is involved in young adults and music ministry. He and his wife Sophall love talking about Jesus and sharing their faith with anyone they meet. If you ask Micah about what music he likes, be prepared for an eclectic range of oddities but you will find Sophall is more interested in cats.
MTS Apprentice (Youthworks) - Matthew Ryan
Matthew grew up in Dundas Telopea Anglican and serves us by leading at kids’ church and youth group. In 2020, Matthew commenced a ministry apprenticeship with MTS. Matthew works closely with Callan, his trainer, focusing on youth and the discipleship of the church's young people. Matthew is studying at Youthworks College working towards an associate degree in Theology. Matthew enjoys watching rugby, hanging out with family and friends and memorising movie dialogue.
MTS Apprentice (Cornhill) - Tom Catchpoole
Tom is currently serving us as an MTS apprentice. He is enjoying learning about preaching God’s Word at Cornhill and is passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus. Growing up in the Blue Mountains, he is somewhat resistant to chilly weather and still considers himself a “small town boy with small town dreams.”
Year 13 Gap Year - Will Smith
Will grew up in Dundas Telopea Anglican Church and after finishing high school in 2020 he has decided to take on leadership roles in kids and youth ministry. Will wants to give back to the ministries which helped grow his faith. He is assisted by the training he is currently receiving from Year 13, a discipleship gap year run by Youthworks College. In his spare time, Will likes his cars, motorcycles and time with mates, preferably all together.
Ministry Assistant - Robyn Kapp
Robyn has worked in the not-for-profit sector for over forty years. Studying at Moore College as a mature aged student were two of the best years of her life and she encourages anyone who has the opportunity to give it a go. Her role is to undertake the administrative duties of the church. Robyn attends Christ Church Gladesville and she enjoys reading, spending time with her daughter and cooking for friends.
