The Anglican Parish of Dundas with Telopea respects your right to privacy and accepts our responsibility to deal carefully and properly with any information collected and retained as follows:
 

Collection of Information
We will collect personal information from people engaged in activities of the parish as well as our parishioners. People will be informed of the existence of this policy at the point where information is collected and in offering their information will be taken to have consented to the information being stored and used in accordance with this policy. 
 

Use and Disclosure of Information
We will only use personal information to enable people to be engaged in the activities of our parish. The information will only be accessed and used by members of the staff and ministry co-ordinators who have a need to access and use it for ministry purposes. We will not make personal information available to other members of the church without your permission. We will not disclose your information to any other organization unless required by law to do so. 

 

Data Storage and Security
Your personal information will be stored on a secure web-based database hosted in Australia. The parish will take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to protect it from unauthorised disclosure and misuse.

 

Access and Correction
We will provide individuals with access to their personal information as required by law and take reasonable steps to correct information which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. If you wish to have your personal information deleted from our records please let us know and we will delete that information as far as practicable.
